Program Info

AYSO Region 35 Cupertino runs a structured program during the Fall and Spring Soccer Seasons typically for 700 kids every season. Players by age into divisions U4, U5, U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19 Boys and Girls teams. The cut-off for each division in the Fall and Spring season is the preceding July 31st.

AYSO regions follow open registration policy and accept players from all locations.

Fall is the Primary Soccer Season. It usually runs from late August/early September through late November/early December, depending on calendar dates, rain-outs and end of season tournament participation.

Spring season usually runs from early March through May end. With a high number of players participating, spring soccer is much like the Fall Season with its own registration, picture day, practice days, and game days.

CupAYSO "Select Soccer Program" for Spring and Fall, based on tryouts selected players play on teams in the Pacific Coast Spring Soccer League (PCSSL). These teams usually play in a number of tournaments during the course of the season too. "Select" teams are formed in January and June following tryouts that typically occur in Nov/Dec for Spring and May/June for Fall.

The AYSO Very Important Players (VIP) Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental abilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams.

Our local VIP program is run jointly by Regions 64 (West San Jose), 27 (Saratoga), and 35 (Cupertino). For more information and to register, please visit South Bay VIP Soccer.

Watch for our registration announcements through banners around the city of Cupertino, the Cupertino newspaper Courier, flyers distributed through peacjar, and of course, through this website www.ayso35.org.
