Returning Players:

If your child played with us last Fall, then update your electronic signature by completing the process to "Update Player Information" and then select "Signup for other programs"  to sign up for the Spring program.

If your child did not play in our Fall '11 season,  select "Application for a returning player" and complete the process as appropriate.

New Players:

If you already have a userid for eAYSO then log in and complete the "Application for a new player".

If you do not have an eAYSO userid then select the link on eAYSO for "My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer".  You will need to bring proof of your players date of birth when you attend the walk-in registration.

Returning Volunteers:

If you volunteered with us last Fall, then you do not need to update or print your form.

If you completed a volunteer form during a previous season then simply "Apply as a continuing volunteer" and be sure to update your details as appropriate.  You will need to print this form and bring it with you to the walk-in registration.

New Volunteers:

If you are a new volunteer then please complete the process to "Apply as a new adult volunteer" on 

eAYSO.

Please bring one copy of the player form plus one copy of your new/updated volunteer form to one of our Walk-in Registration events (dates, time and locations can be found here )

Also, please bring proof of your players date of birth if they are new to AYSO and official ID if you are submitting a new volunteer form.
